People with Disabilities Stream

 

Who can apply for the ELEP - People with Disabilities?

You're eligible to apply for the People with Disabilities stream if you have a disability, currently live in Western Australia and meet any of the following criteria:

  • you're an Australian citizen; or
  • you're a permanent resident; or
  • you're a temporary resident with a valid working visa.

If you have administrative experience or a customer service background, you are encouraged to apply. However, don't worry if you don't as we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who are keen to  be part of an exciting team environment.

 

How do I apply for the ELEP - People with Disabilities stream?

To be registered with the ELEP, you must first meet the minimum requirements of the Public Sector Recruitment Test (PSRT). If you meet the minimum requirements of the PSRT, you will be invited to submit an electronic copy of your resume. Once received, the Employment Officer will register your details on the ELEP database and can start to refer you to job opportunities that become available.
